Description

During “Be A Hero Take a Stand Against Bullying” week we coordinated interactive activities, presentations as well as holding a video, story, or poster contest. The team also organized a “Wear Purple” day to school to symbolize solidarity among students and staff against bullying. As we wore the purple colour we became a voice for the victims of bullying. We also created a visual presentation where students were able to something about each part of bullying which is the bully, victim and bystander. Throughout the year we also held a “Cyber Bullying” week to raise awareness against cyber bullying. There were presentations for the student body on how to remain cyber safe and/or what to do if cyber victimized.
